The Rev. Keith and Ginny Tomlinson are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in August. They were married on Aug. 8, 1964 at Zion Lutheran Church in Muscatine. Keith, of Tama, and Ginny (Boldt), of Muscatine, met at Wartburg College in Waverly when they both took a German class taught appropriately by Kathryn Love.

They have three sons: Brad, of Johnston; Jeremy and Hannah, of Des Moines; and Nathan and Becky, of Kaukauna, Wis. They have six grandchildren. Keith was interim pastor at Elim Lutheran Church, Marshalltown, 1974-75. The Tomlinson’s moved to Kaukauna when Keith retired in 2009. They will celebrate with a family dinner and gathering in Des Moines on the weekend of their anniversary. They live at 542 W Ann St., Kaukauna, WI, 54130.
