James and Flora Monahan were married on May 5, 1951, and will be celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary. Formerly residing at 6 W. Olive, Marshalltown, the Monahans currently reside in Altoona. Monahans are parents to Doug, of Des Moines, grandparents to Sydney, Samantha, Skylar and Saydie and great grandparents to Talon.
