Brad and Paula Rutherford, of Marshalltown, announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Lynn Kirsten, to Morgan William Mason, son of Eric and Elizabeth Mason, of Parker, Colo. Lynn is a 2000 graduate of Marshalltown High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Iowa. She completed her BSN and continued on to receive her Master’s degree at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colo. She currently works as a family nurse practitioner in the Denver area.

Morgan is a 2002 graduate of Ponderosa High School in Parker, Colo. He is employed by Solargreen and covers all of Colorado and Wyoming. He also works part time as a local photographer.

The couple plans a Sept. 5 wedding at Cherokee Ranch and Castle in Sedalia, Colo.
