Dennis and Roxann Diehm, of Marshalltown, announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter Jessica to Matthew Harger, son of Jon and Cheryl Harger, of State Center.

Jessica is a graduate of Marshalltown High School and Matthew is a graduate of West Marshall.

A Sept. 19 wedding is planned in Marshalltown.
