Randy and Melanie Ewalt, of Marshalltown, and Dan and Alicia Meyer, of Baxter, announce the engagement of their children, Ashley Ewalt and Nick Meyer, of Des Moines.

Keith and JoAnn Noack and Dave and Carol Ewalt are the grandparents of Ashely Ewalt and Betty Ellis, of Newton, is the grandparent of Nick Meyer.

The couple will wed Sept. 19 at First United Methodist Church in Marshalltown.
