Lisa and Troy Meyer, of Marshalltown, along with Terry and Jill Shaffar, of State Center, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Amber Marie Shaffar, to Colton Robert Fouch, son to Dennis Fouch, of Melbourne, and Cindy Fouch, of Marshalltown.
Amber is a recent graduate of Upper Iowa University while Colton is employed by Midwest Liquid Systems of Eldora.
A Sept. 26 wedding is planned in State Center.
