• Raymond Joseph Willson made an initial appearance on two counts of an assault with a dangerous weapon charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 29. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. No-contact order were issued for the protected parties.

• Shane Anthony Johnson made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jeff Hazen was appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the parole board and an administrative court judge. Johnson is being held without bond.

• Shonnelle Cuba Holmes made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a failure to carry a registration card charge and a no insurance charge. Holmes pleaded guilty to all charges. On the driving under suspension and no insurance charges the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 for each charge. The fine on the failure to carry a registration card is $50 with a !7.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Kimberly Marie Rollins, of Le Grand, made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 14 in Magistrate Court. Breanna Nelson is appointed as counsel. Rollins is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 72 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Ethan Nelson Ackerman, of Eldora, made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. He pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of 272.75, due within 30 days.

• Deja Marie Collins, of Iowa Falls, made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 28 in Magistrate Court. Christian Stickrod is appointed as counsel.

• Megan Lee Teske, of Iowa Falls, made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 28 in Magistrate Court. Darrell Meyer is appointed as counsel.

• Joshua Jeffrey Dallas Jeske made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. He pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of 272.75, due within 30 days.

• Jacob Ball made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Kinzi Kae Mueller, of Kellogg, made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge and a no insurance charge. Mueller pleaded guilty to the failure to stop charge and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days. She pleaded not guilty to the insurance charge and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 21 in Magistrate Court.

• Michael Johnson, of State Center, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Johnson pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on March 30 in Magistrate Court.

• Graciela Rueda Reyes made an initial appearance on a possession of a fictitious license charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 5. A photograph and fingerprint order was issued to be done at the Marshalltown Police Department by the end of work on Jan. 22.

• Carlos I. Solorio Nava made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Nava pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $272.75, due within 30 days.

• Kayla Ann Stirling, of Parkersburg, made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on March 28 in Magistrate Court.
