• On Friday, Adam Thomas, 29, was arrested for kennel and breeding of dogs, no proof of vaccination.

• On Friday, Ashley Thomas, 32, was arrested for no proof of vaccination.

• On Friday, Tanner Stanley, 20, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-second offense.

Accidents

• On Monday, a vehicle driven by Angel Velasquez, of Marshalltown, was on Lennox private property when the driver began doing donuts, lost control and overturned onto the passenger side where passenger Abrielle Morales, 24, of Marshalltown, fell out of the vehicle. The passenger was transported to UnityPoint Health-Marshalltown with a broken leg. Damage to the Velasquez vehicle was estimated at $1,000.

• On Sunday, an autocar driven by Dana Barclay Keeling, 37, of Toledo, was backing a trailer into a docking area at Preferred Cartage when it backed up and collided with a semi driven by Bruce Wayne Parcesepe Jr., 50, of Selinsgrove, Pa. No injuries were reported. Damage to the semi was estimated at $3,000 while the autocar sustained an estimated $50 in damage.

• On Sunday, a pickup driven by Jonathan Ross Gilliland, 30, of Marshalltown, was northbound in the 3100 block of Governor Road when the driver lost control and ran off the roadway to the right and came to rest in the west ditch. No injuries were reported. Gilliland was cited for operating while under the influence-first offense. Damage to the Gilliland pickup was estimated at $10,000.

• On Friday, a vehicle driven by Amanda Lynn Rahn, 30, of Ferguson, was northbound on North Third Avenue when it collided with the rear of a pickup driven by Richard Lavern Ritter, 36, of Marshalltown, which was stopped behind a left-turning vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Rahn vehicle was estimated at $3,000 while the Ritter pickup received an estimated $1,000 in damage.

• On Friday, Alexandria Shadden, 21, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana-first offense, obstruction of prosecution or defense/interference with official acts and permitting unauthorized person to drive.

• On Friday, Francisco Vazquez-Martinez, 20, was arrested for no insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid driver’s license and operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Friday, Mathew Cook, 22, was arrested for reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway, interference with official acts, eluding, speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

• On Friday, Gutierrez-Aguilera, 25, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Friday, Eric Lasley, 43, was arrested for operating while under the influence-second offense and driving while barred.

• On Friday, Jerry Martin, 22, was arrested for interference with official acts.

• On Friday, , Hiram Arizmendi, 36, was arrested on a warrant charging him with sexual abuse-second degree.

• On Saturday, Justin Dean Bohlen, 35, was arrested on a warrant.
