Arrests

• On Thursday, Tessa Mora, 36, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited acts by restraint, child endangerment-meth exposure, failure to affix a drug tax stamp and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver or manufacture.

• On Thursday, Jacob Lathrop, 30, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited acts by restraint, child endangerment-meth exposure, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, interference with official acts and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver or manufacture.

• On Thursday, Jason Howell, 44, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation.

• On Thursday, Dartangan Leonard, 18, was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana-first offense.

• On Thursday, Cassandra Kochuyt, 18, was arrested for malicious prosecution and false reporting of an indictable offense to a public entity.

Sept. 30

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a dispatched/cancelled en route to 918 S. Second Ave. and three medical assists with the EMS crew to: 404 Melody Lane, 311 S. Second St. and 407 W. Church St.

Sept. 29

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a smoke or odor removal at 2404 New Salem Road, a passenger vehicle fire at Old BP Station, a medical assist with the EMS crew to 511 1/2 N. First St. and a special outside fire at 3202 S. 12th St.

Sept. 28

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident-no injuries at East Olive Street and 12th Avenue, a gasoline or other combustable liquid spill at 810 S. Third Ave., a toxic condition at 3 S. Fourth Ave. and five medical assists with the EMS crew to: 302 S. Second Ave., 812 W. Linn St., 1403 S. Second Ave., 514 N. Second St. and 3000 S. Center St.

Sept. 27

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with no injuries at 2802 S. Center St., an alarm system activation-no fire-unintentional at 206 W. High St. and six medical assists with the EMS crew to: 520 N. Second St., 501 W. Church St., 202 N. Second Ave., 1401 S. 17th Ave., 1512 S. Fifth St. and 402 N. 10th Ave.

Sept. 26

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 2200 Summit Road and four medical assists with the EMS crew to: 202 N. Second Ave., 907 W. Boone St., 212 Huisman Circle and 606 N. First Ave.

Sept. 25

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 2200 Summit Road and five medical assists with the EMS crew to: 303 Melody Lane, 606 N. First Ave., 514 E. Olive St., 3202 S. 12th St. and 2500 S. Center St.

Sept. 24

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to an alarm system activation-no fire-unintentional at 2315 Campbell Drive, a natural vegetation fire at 507 E. Olive St. and six medical assists with the EMS crew to: 2309 Edgebrook Drive, 202 N. Second Ave., 1309 Rolling Meadows Road, 1805 Summit St., 206 W. Grant St. and 202 N. Second Ave.

Sept. 23

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to six medical assists with the EMS crew to: 710 E. State St., 1619 S. 12th St., 1408 S. Fifth St., 202 N. Second Ave., 309 N. First St. and 1718 Country Club Lane.

Sept. 22

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at Center Street and Palmer Street and five medical assists with the EMS crew to: 105 N. 10th St., 3202 S. 12th St., 423 Union St., Ninth Street and West Main Street and 1807 S. Fifth St.
