Jan. 13

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a dispatched/cancelled en route to 2802 S. Center St. and seven medical assists with the EMS crew to: 3202 S. 12th St., South 18th Avenue and Highway 30, 600 Swayze St., 208 N. 22nd St., 1309 Rolling Meadows Road, 504 N. Fourth St. and 708 Jackson St.

Jan. 12

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to an unauthorized burning at 509 W. Church St., a overheated motor at 1406 Fairway Drive and five medical assists with the EMS crew to: 208 S. Third St., 108 Washington St., 504 Iowa Ave. West, 420 Swayze St. and 708 Jackson St.

Jan. 11

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a special outside fire at 15th Avenue and Jackson Street, a vehicle accident, general cleanup at Nicholas Drive and Center Street and two medical assists with the EMS crew to 713 N. Fourth Ave. and 9 E. Webster St.

Jan. 10

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with no injuries at 2300 S. Sixth St., a smoke detector activation-no fire-unintentional at 8 N. Seventh Ave., a alarm system sounded due to a malfunction at 11 E. Church St. and five medical assists with the EMS crew to: 1401 S. 17th Ave., 208 Glenda Drive, 1501 S. Second St., 514 E. Olive St. and 701 E. State St.

Jan. 9

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a dispatched/cancelled en route to 905 S. Fifth Ave. and six medical assists with the EMS crew to: 512 S. Sixth St., 401 S. Center St., 701 E. State St., 2 N. Second Ave., 309 E. Church St. and 1704 Edgebrook Drive.

Jan. 8

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to two building fires at 510 E. Church St. and 607 N. Fourth Ave., an unauthorized burning at 2016 Skyline Drive, a smoke detector activation due to a malfunction at 1002 S. Third Ave. and three medical assists with the EMS crew to: 302 1/2 Bromley St., 1516 E. Olive St. and 612 E. Linn St.

Jan. 7

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to an unauthorized burning at 602 S. Center St., a building fire at 1001 S. Seventh Ave. and two medical assists with the EMS crew to 206 Nicholas Drive and 1509 Marion St.
