Court — Monday

• Judith Eileen Roberts made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.

• Donavan Elvie Perdue made an initial appearance on a failure to yield upon entering a through highway. A not guilty plea was entered. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on March 27 in Magistrate Court. Perdue was released on his promise to appear.

• Wendy Aquino Morales made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on April 24 in Magistrate Court.

• Lane Kenneth Bowman, of Lincoln, made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge, a driving under suspension charge, an operation without registration charge and a driving under suspension-failure to fiel SR-22 insurance charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 18. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Andrew Allen Hilleman, of Des Moines, made an initial appearance on a driving while barred-habitual offender charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 29.

• Cheyenne Lucille Johnson made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on April 17 in Magistrate Court.

• Roman Martinez Cano made an initial appearance through a Spanish interpreter on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on April 17 in Magistrate Court.

• John Page made an initial appearance on an improper lane change charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on April 17 in Magistrate Court.

• Timothy Ernie Savage, of Union, made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 29. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Eric Hernandez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred-habitual offender charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 27. Hernandez was released on his promise to appear.

• Hannah Sue Peerenboom made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a operation without registration charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on May 15 in Magistrate Court.
