• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a dumpster fire at 135 W. Main St. and South Second Street and three medical assists with the EMS crew to: 408 S. Sixth St., 416 N. Fourth St. and 110 E. Webster St.

March 16

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a smoke detector activation-no fire-unintentional at 1602 S. Second Ave., a building fire at 912 W. Boone St., a gas leak at the corner of Thunderbird Drive and Third Avenue and four medical assists with the EMS crew to: 513 E. Olive St., 1606 E. Nevada St., 1405 S. Fifth St. and 310 Orchard Drive.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a gasoline or other flammable liquid spill at 1009 W. Lincoln Way and 10 medical assists with the EMS crew to: 1614 Summit St., 2802 S. Center St., 9 N. Fourth Ave., 2401 S. Second St., 3120 S. Second St., 209 N. Fifth Ave., 601 N. Second Ave., 1703 W. State St., 308 N. Third Ave. and 406 Melody Lane.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 201 E. Main St. and six medical assists with the EMS crew to: 202 Bohen St., 308 N. 15th Ave., 310 Sharon Ave., two at 510 Edgebrook Court and 511 1/2 N. First St.
