March 31

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to an alarm system sounded due to malfunction at 402 N. 10th Ave., an unauthorized burning at 306 Wauconda Road, two no incidents found upon arrival at the dispatch address at 2605 S. Center St. and 800 W. State St. and seven medical assists with the EMS crew to: 906 Prairie Lane, 404 N. 17th St., 302 W. Church St., 209 N. First Ave., 1 W. Grant St., 107 N. Seventh Ave. and 1806 Summit St.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a vehicle accident, general clean up at 501 N. Third Ave. and two medical assists with the EMS crew to 514 E. Olive St. and 915 W. Merle Hibbs Blvd.

March 29

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to assist an invalid at 512 N. Third Ave., a natural vegetation fire at 503 May St., a power line down at 10 N. Fourth Ave., a fire at 2213 Maple Blvd., an authorized, controlled burning at 400 N. 11th Ave. and six medical assists with the EMS crew to: 517n N. Third St., 1101 S. Sixth St., 121 S. 10th St., 410 1/2 W. Linn St., 2208 Sugar Creek Lane and 1 Palmer St.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a building fire at 2213 Maple Blvd., an unauthorized burning at 810 N. Fifth Ave., an outside rubbish fire at 409 N. 15th Ave., two authorized, controlled burnings at 508 Bromley St. and 200 N. Fifth Ave. and four medical assists with the EMS crew to: 206 Nicholas Drive, 507 Highland Drive, 108 Washington St. and 308 N. Third Ave.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 500 N. Center Street and Lincoln Street, a smoke scare at 107 1/2 W. Grant St., a dispatched/cancelled en route to 1012 S. Sixth Ave. and eight medical assists with the EMS crew to: 501 1/2 N. Center St., 428 Union St., 413 N. 15th St., 206 Nicholas Drive, 2205 1/2 S. Center St., 3304 Merritt Road, 514 E. Olive St. and 1200 E. Olive St.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to an outside rubbish fire at 202 1/2 N. Second St. and four medical assists with the EMS crew to: 428 Union St., 1610 Laurel Drive, 109 S. Fifth Ave. and 1 W. Grant St.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to 10 medical assists with the EMS crew to: 107 Pleasantview Road, 208 S. Third St., 906 Prairie Lane, 1610 Laurel Drive, 1309 Rolling Meadows Road, 202 S. Third Ave., 1509 Marion St., 404 N. First Ave., 1702 S. Seventh Ave. and 803 Ratcliffe Drive.
