• On Tuesday, a vehicle driven by Charles Richard Kellogg, 76, struck two pedestrians. Kellogg stopped at a stop sign and was looking left for a parking spot. The driver started to move at a very slow speed and didn’t see a child who had darted out in front of him. The child’s father lunged out to grab the child and both the child and father were struck by the vehicle. Both pedestrians complained of minor injury, but there was no visible injury.
