Court — Wednesday

• Justin Ryan Patton made an initial appearance on an assault with a dangerous weapon causing bodily injury charge, an interference with official acts inflicting bodily injury charge, a theft-third degree charge, two counts of an interference with official acts causing bodily injury charge, two counts of a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and an interference with official acts charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 15. Bond is set at $50,000 cash only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jayde Alan Eugene Stansberry made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 9. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

• Matthew Vincent Tyda made an initial appearance on a supplying alcohol to persons under legal age charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 26. Tyda is released on his promise to appear.

• Richard Lee Shogren made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Shogren is released on his promise to appear. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Molly June Gummert made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 18 in Magistrate Court. Gummert is released on her promise to appear.

• Austin Allen McDanniel made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. McDanniel pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 28 in Magistrate Court. McDanniel is released on his promise to appear.

• Logan Dane Plante made an initial appearance on a providing false identification information charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Plante pleaded guilty to both charges. On The false identification charge the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. The fine on the drug paraphernalia charge is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $272.75. All payments are due by Oct. 31.

• On Tuesday, a theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 300 block of East Boone Street.

• On Tuesday, Molly Gummert, 32, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• On Wednesday, Timothy Leavy, 51, was arrested for operation without registration, no insurance, no valid driver’s license and driving under suspension.

• On Wednesday, ALogan Plante, 23, was arrested for providing false identification information, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant.

• On Wednesday, Richard Shogren, 33, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court.
