Court — Wednesday

• Channing Robert Williams failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no valid driver’s license charge and an operating without registration charge. The court found Williams guilty on all counts. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. The fine on the no driver’s license is $200 with a $70 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $330. The fine on the operating without registration is $20 with a $7 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $87. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Robert Lynn Wallace III made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 3. Tyler Heeren is appointed as counsel. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Maria C. Zavala Renteria made an initial appearance through a Spanish interpreter on a failure to stop in the assure, clear distance charge. Zavala Renteria pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Trenton Brekke made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge and a simple domestic assault charge. Taylor Reichardt was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 3. Brekke is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 24 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Luke Ryan Sponsler made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assure, clear distance charge. Sponsler pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

Court — Thursday

• Micheal Allen Boge made an initial appearance on two counts of probation violation charges. Jennie Wilson Moore is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

• Glenn Edward Menter made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
