Court — Monday

• Kerry Brandon Logan made an initial appearance on an obstruction of emergency communications charge. Logan pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Jose Luis Andrade Garcia made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge and a leaving the scene of an accident charge. Andrade Garcia pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 29, 2020 in Magistrate Court.

• Lee Kenner made an initial appearance on an open container charge. Kenner pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 29, 2020, in Magistrate Court.

• Emma Prusha made an initial appearance on a possession of controlled substance-marijuana charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2020. Prusha is released on her promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Matthew Scott Bodie made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. Jeff Hazen will continue as counsel. The arraignment is to be filed with the court by 4 p.m. on Dec. 30.

• Denise Wolf made an initial appearance on a violation of a restricted license charge. Wolf pleaded guilty and the fine is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $132.50, due within 30 days.

• Nathaniel Edward Simatovich made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a no insurance charge and an open container charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The arraignment needs to be filed by noon on Jan. 2, 2020.

Arrests

• On Friday, George Hutchinson, 43, was arrested for child endangerment and possession of marijuana-first offense.

• On Friday, Trisha Mundt, 30, was arrested for violation of probation.

• On Sunday, Kerry Logan, 56, was arrested for obstruction of emergency communications.
