Court — Tuesday

• Matthew John McCarthy made an initial appearance on two counts of a domestic abuse assault charge, a harassment-first degree charge, a false imprisonment charge and two of a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge. On the new charges the public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 6. Bond is $5,000 cash only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. On the contempt charge, Michael Marquess is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 9. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Timothy James Leavy made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for court charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 1:30 p.m. on March 6. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Jesse Ceniceros made an initial appearance three requests to revoke surety bond. Christian Stickrod and Marshon Dubbert will continue as counsels. Bond for all three cases is $6,000 cash only total.

• Melvin Martin on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. Pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on March 4. Martin is released on his promise to appear.

Martin was also seen on pre-trial release violations. Pre-trial release revoked. Jennie Wilson-Moore will continue as counsel. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Byron W. Langland made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. on March 16. Langland is released on his promise to appear.
