• Matthew John McCarthy made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge. Michael Marquess is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $4,000 cash on each case.
• Jessica Rae Stanton made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 6. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Ashley Valencia made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Valencia pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on March 4. Valencia was released on her promise to appear.
