• Zachery Taylor Stream made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Taylor Reichardt was appointed as counsel. The parole violation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Stream is being held without bond.

• Ren Verlyn Corral made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 26. Corral is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Matthew John McCarthy made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a warrant charging him with violation of pre-trial release. Mike Marquess is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 14. Bond is set at $4,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Michael Jay Taylor made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 25. Taylor is released on his promise to appear.

• Jacob Allen Wayne Roop made an initial appearance on a driving while license is denied, cancelled, revoked or suspended charge, a no insurance-accident charge, a leaving the scene of an accident charge, a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge and on a warrant charging him with parole violation. Roop pleaded guilty to the traffic charges. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. The fine on the no insurance-accident is $500 with a $175 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $735. The fine on the leaving the scene of an accident is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. The fine on the failure to obey a stop sign is $100 with a $35 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $195. All payments are due within 30 days.

Taylor Reichardt was appointed as counsel on the paroled violation. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Roop is being held without bond on this charge.

• Lolita Lyna Good made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Good pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Casey Michael Alman made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Alman pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Au Ron Au Taeveon Greenwood made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Greenwood pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $272.75, due within 30 days.

• Tonia Sandra Voigt made an initial appearance through counsel, Laura Eilers, on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Eilers waived the preliminary hearing. Voigt was released on her promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Michael Lynn Logan made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. Logan pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on March 4 in Magistrate Court.

• Danny Raymond Fouch made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Fouch pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $272.75, due within 30 days.

• Tanya Mary Logan made an initial appearance on a permitting an unauthorized person to drive charge. Logan pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on March 4 in Magistrate Court.

• Eric Edward Kapayou Jr. made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 25. Kapayou is released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Dakota James Collinson made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge and an interference with official acts charge. Collinson pleaded not guilty to the disorderly conduct charge and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 26 in Magistrate Court. Collinson pleaded guilty to the interference charge and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs or a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Terri Shante Louis made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge. Louis pleaded not guilty to the disorderly conduct charge and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 12 in Magistrate Court.
