Court — Tuesday

• Adam Samuel Murphy made an initial appearance on a warrant charging him with child endangerment. Tyler Heeren is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 20. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jessica Rae Stanton made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Stanton is being held without bond.

• Charles Lynn Poafpybitty made an initial appearance on a voluntary absence from custody charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 20. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

• Damario Lavell Page made an initial appearance on two counts of probation violation. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. on April 3. Page is being held without bond.

• Kobey Ray Bosworth made an initial appearance through counsel, Matthew Lindholm, on an eluding charge, a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a speeding charge. The preliminary hearing was waived. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Shelton Dallas Marie Coleman made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. Christian Stickrod is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 27.
