Court — Tuesday

• Josue Jiovanni Ortiz made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. Marshon Dubbert will continue as counsel. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. on April 3 with the trial rescheduled for 9 a.m. on April 23. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Codi Michael Heinrichs made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on April 6. Heinrichs is released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Curtis Ross Wilson made an initial appearance on a contempt of court charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Bond is $500 cash only.
