• Jessica Ann Head made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release was revoked. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. The judge ordered Head to be photographed and fingerprinted in connection with this case.

• Narissa Jo Banks made an initial appearance on a failure to apear for an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on April 1 in Magistrate Court.

• Anthony David Ashby made an initial appearance on a operation without registration charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. Ashby pleaded guilty to both charges. On the operation without registration the fine is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $132.50. The fine on the no valid driver’s license is $200 with a $70 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $335. All payments are due within 60 days.

• Glenn Menter made an initial appearance on a sex offender registry violation charge. Christian Stickrod is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 9. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.

A pre-trial conference on the interference charge is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on March 25 in Magistrate Court. • Jake Morgan made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a no insurance charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on March 24.

• Stacy Marie Lynn made an initial appearance on a violation of pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release was revoked. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Robert Allen Buerckley made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge, a driving while barred charge and a driving while revoked charge. Buerckley will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 24. Buerckley was released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Jose Eduardo Rodriguez Lopez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a driving while barred charge and a trespass-first offense charge. Rodriguez will hire Michael Marquess as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 24. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Robert Lee Wilson made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge and an interference with official acts charge. Tyler Reichardt was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 24.

• Mericio Gilberto Alcaraz made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 24. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Kathryn Noel Gerad made an initial appearance on a unlawful possession of prescription drugs charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 24. • On Wednesday, Jessica Head, 38, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Thursday, Glenn Menter, 24, was arrested for sex offender registry violation-first offense.

• On Thursday, Shelton Coleman, 27, was arrested for driving while revoked or denied.

• On Thursday, Roderick Gull, 60, was arrested for driving while license is denied, cancelled, revoked or suspended.
