• Mark Anthony Soard Jr. made an initial appearance on three cases of a pre-trial release violation. All pre-trial releases were revoked and the bond is $10,000 cash only.

• Anthony David Ashby made an initial appearance on a operation while under the influence charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 12. A photograph and fingerprint order was issued to be completed by June 1. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Drew Michael Barnard made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance charge and a theft-fifth degree charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 8. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• On Tuesday, Robert Vandee, 36, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and operating while under the influence-second offense.

• On Tuesday, Jose Salas, 18, was arrested for unlawful possession of prescription drugs, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana-first offense and operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Tuesday, Paulino Verdinez Jr., 20, was arrested for unlawful possession of prescription drugs, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana-first offense.
