• Abdelrahman Obaidalla Abdalla made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Abdalla pleaded guilty and the fine is $100 with a $35 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $195, due within 30 days.

• Randy Jon Arney made an initial appearance on a possession of explosive devices charge and reckless use of firearms charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is at 1 p.m. on on June 9. Arney is released on his promise to appear.

• Jeffrey James Krupp made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on June 2. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Celina Marie Victor made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 22. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Rickie Lee Horney made an initial appearance two counts of a failure to appear for a plea hearing charge. Marshon Dubbert will continue as counsel. The plea hearing is rescheduled for 1 p.m. on June 8. Horney is released on his promise to appear.

• Elizabeth Andrade made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge, a possession of methamphetamine charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, a no insurance charge and a operation without registation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 9. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• A 17-year-old and two 16-year-olds made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. They all pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 day.
