• David Lee Grimm made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge and a public intoxication charge. Raymond Starks is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 11. Grimm is released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Nicholas Allen Braye made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Braye pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Guillermo Alamo made an initial appearance on a providing false identification information charge, a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge, a no insurance charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. Alamo pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the false identification charge is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $152.75, due within 30 days. The fine on the driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge is $100 with a $35 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $200, due within 30 days. The fine on the no insurance charge is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $402.50, due within 30 days. The fine on the no valid driver’s license charge is $200 with a $70 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $335, due within 30 days.

• Sindayigaya Pascal made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Pascal pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Coty Alan Savage made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 11. Savage is released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Rogelio Sanchez Sanchez made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Taylor Reichardt will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 12. Sanchez Sanchez is released on his promise to appear.

• John Daniel Harding made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Tyler Heeren is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Harding is being held without bond.

• Rogelio Sanchez Sanchez made an initial appearance on a harassment charge and a criminal mischief-third degree charge. Tyler Reichardt was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 12.

• John Daniel Harding made an initial appearance on a sex offender verification violation-second or subsequent offense charge and a sex offender registration violation-second offense or subsequent offense charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 1. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Gaye Ziaty made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge and a driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended charge. Breanna Nelson is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 12.
