Court — Monday

• Antonio Lavell Lewis made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Christian Stickrod was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 6. Lewis is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 24 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Abdelrahman Obaidalla Abdalla made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Abdalla pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Dillon Robert Schultz made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 2.

• April Leah Jefferson made an initial appearance on a failure to file a written arraignment charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The arraignment hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 2. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Amy Lashell Anderson made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 10.

• Angela Jean Dunbar made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Dunbar pleaded guilty to both charges and the fines are $250 for both with an $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 for each charge, due within 30 days.

• Ramon mora made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Mora pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with an $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Lea Ellen Waseskuk made an initial appearance on a firearm violation charge and two counts of a child endangerment charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 10.
