• David Loranzo Peppers made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of a no-contact order-contempt of court charge and two counts of an assault charge. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on July 13. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. On the assault charges, the preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 20. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. Peppers is released with supervision through the Department of Criminal Services and it to report to the adult probation office within 24 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• A 16-year-old male made an initial appearance on a speeding charge and a violation of a minor restricted license charge. He pleaded guilty to both charges. On the speeding charge the fine is $80 with a $33 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $173. On the minor restricted license charge $60 in court costs were assessed. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Kimberly Marie Miller made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. A probation revocation hearing for each case is set at 2:30 p..m. on Aug. 11.

• Gustavo Alonso Jr. made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge and a serious domestic abuse assault charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 17. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jaramie Bershell Trumbo made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge, an interference with official acts and a trespass charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 23.

• Abdelrahman Obaidalla Abdalla made an initial appearance on a trespass-second offense charge. Abdalla pleaded guilty and the fine is $500 with a $300 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $860, due within 30 days.

• Samantha Mae Axley made an initial appearance on a simple assault charge. Axley pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Phana John Parsypo made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge. Parsypo pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Kaw Khu made an initial appearance on three counts of a child endangerment charge, a domestic abuse assault-display or use of a weapon-first offense charge, a domestic abuse assault causing injury or mental illness charge and a harassment-first degree charge. Jennifer Frese is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 9. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Alicia Marie Kinzenbaw made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Kinzenbaw pleaded guilty to both charges and the fines are $250 each with an $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 for each charge, due within 30 days.
