Court — Wednesday

• Christopher James Moore made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Chris Clausen was appointed as counsel. A parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Moore is being held without bond.

• Abdelrahman Obaidalla Abdalla made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Abdalla pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Mathew Andrew McCanna made an initial appearance on two counts of fireworks-prohibited use charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 18 in Magistrate Court.

• Barbara Joe Edel made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Tyler Heeren will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 22. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Griselda M. Segovia De Dipaolo made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 23 in Magistrate Court.

• Anthony Cleon Sharp made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Sharp pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $40 with a $19 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $119. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Michael Thomas Richardson made an initial appearance on an assault charge. Richardson pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due by Aug. 31. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
