• Donald Paul Boucher made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge and a domestic abuse assault-causing bodily injury or mental illness-first offense charge. Boucher will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Aug. 28. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Manuel John Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charage. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Jack Douglas Olson made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Olson pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $9.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $134.75, due within 30 days.
• Angel Alvarado made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a careless driving charge. Alvarado pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the careless driving charge is $35 with a $5.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $95.25. All payments are due within 30 days.
• Larry David Rogers made an initial appearance on a fireworks charge. Rogers pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $9.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $134.75, due within 30 days.
• Robbie Lee Doran made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Doran pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.
• Mohrgon Sage Wells Marquez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Wells Marquez pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.
