Court — Wednesday

• Carlos Gab Lopez Agosto made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Tyler Heeren will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Michael Alejandro Chavarria made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge and a domestic abuse assault charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Sept. 25. Bond is set at $3,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Amber Lee Cervantes Arteaga made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 6.

• Susie Arriola made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a no insurance charge, a use electronic device charge and a speeding charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 6.

• Blaze Ryan Krough made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Krough pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.

• Emir Hamidovic made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Hamidovic pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.

• Kay Reh made an initial appearance ona operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge, an eluding charge, a driving while revoked charge, a reckless driving charge, a failure to obey a red light charge, three charges of a failure to obey a stop sign, a failure to reduce speed charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, a striking fixtures charge, a driving on the wrong side ofa highway charge, a no seat belt charge and a speeding charge.
