• Krystian William Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jennie Wilson Moore is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Gonzalez is being held without bond.
• Jade Elise Teeple made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident charge. Teeple pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75, due within 30 days.
• Ambria Elizabeth Price made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Price pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.
• Rocio Nunez Granado made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Taylor Reichardt was appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 25 in Magistrate Court.
• Kisha Christine Kutzner made an initial appearance on a trespass-second offense charge. Kutzner pleaded guilty and the fine is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and 55 in court costs for a total of $796.75, due within 30 days.
• A 14-year-old male made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. The juvenile pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a surcharge of $15.75 and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75, due within 30 days.

• On Wednesday, Kisha Kutzner, 43, was arrested for trespass-first offense.
• On Wednesday, Tenyan Kora, 20, was arrested on a warrant charging him with carrying weapons.
• On Wednesday, Krystian Gonzalez, 26, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of parole.

Accidents
• On Oct. 9, a vehicle driven by Dalton Christoffer, 22, of Estherville, was westbound on Highway 20 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Christoffer vehicle was estimated at $2,500.
• On Oct. 1, a car driven by Wesley Carahasen, 69, of Billings, Mont., was eastbound on Highway 20 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Carahasen car was estimated at $5,000.
