Court — Friday

• Douglas Lee Davis made an initial appearance on two counts of probation violation charges. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Nov. 13.

Davis was seen on a third probation violation charge with the public defender’s office appointed as counsel. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Nov. 6. Davis is being held without bond.

• Nge Htway made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, two driving under suspension charges, a speeding charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. Htway pleaded guilty to the no insurance charge and the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75, due within 30 days. A pre-trial conference on all the other charges is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 9 in Magistrate Court.

• Baylee Austin Waldo made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Waldo pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.

• Dylan Michael Aswegan made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Aswegan pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75, due within 30 days.

• Daniel Kaisinger made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge. Kaisinger pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total is $347.50. The fine on the operating a non-registered vehicle is $70 with $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Brooke Marie Hickman made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Hickman pleaded guilty to both charges. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. All payments are due within 30 days.
