Court — Tuesday
• Austin Allen McDanniel made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. McDanniel is being held without bond.
• Jennifer Lee Finger made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 13, 2021.
• Daniel Glenn Anderson made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Colin Murphy will continue as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 14. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Suad Haider Al Yasiri made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. Al Yasiri pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $175.75 due within 30 days.
• John Darryl Jordan Jr. made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge and am improper brake lights charge. Jordan pleaded guilty to both charges. On the speeding charge the fine is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354, due within 30 days. The fine on the improper brake lights is $45 with a $6.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $106.75, due within 30 days.
• Daniel Shane Warnell made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Warnell pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50 due within 30 days.
• Jesus Emilio Lopez Palomares made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Lopez Palomares pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 13, 2021.
• Yuri Sanchez made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Aron Vaughn filed an appearance as counsel with the court and waived the preliminary hearing. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Reid Morgan McClaren made an initial appearance on a truck route violation charge. McClaren pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a surcharge of $15.75 and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75 due within 30 days.
