Court — Monday

• Erik Jesus Andrade made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a dark windows charge. Andrade pleaded guilty to both charges. On the no insurance charge the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the dark windows charge is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Emiliio Romero made an initial appearance on a one way violation charge. Romero pleaded guilty and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25, due within 30 days.

• Luis Junior Delgadillo made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. Delgadillo will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 18. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Jack Allen Edwards made an initial appearance on a operating commercial vehicle when disqualified charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 16.

• Brandon Joe Godfrey made an initial appearance on an identity theft under $1,500 charge and a unauthorized use of a credit card charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 17. Bond will stay as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Ashley Renee Spencer made an initial appearance on a an identity theft under $1,500 charge and a unauthorized use of a credit card charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 17. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Marco Antonio Rosas Cervantes made an initial appearance on a drag racing charge. Rosas Cervantes pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.

• Francisco Jesus Ordaz made an initial appearance on a drag racing charge. Ordaz pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2021 in Magistrate Court.

• Luke S. Berg made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. Berg pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 and $55 in court costs for a total of $175.75, due within 30 days.

• John Darryl Jordan Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Jordan pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.
