• Robert Freeman, 46, was arrested for fifth-degree theft.
Incidents
• Third-degree larceny was reported in the 900 block of Second Street.
• Second-degree theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 900 block of Second Street.
• Fourth-degree criminal mischief was reported in the 700 block of Swayze Street.
