• On Thursday, Oct. 21, an SUV driven by Amber Tracy Kathleen Lamca, 35, of Marshalltown, was northbound on Sanford Avenue when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Lamca SUV was estimated at $4,500.
