• Luis Manuel Mendez made an initial appearance on a bikes lights violation charge, two counts of a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge, a bike violation charge and a providing false identification information charge and possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 13. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

Mendez also appeared on a failure to appear for a contempt hearing charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Dec. 21. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Jeremy Lee Burnett made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on Dec. 13. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Timothy Bullard made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge and a probation violation charge. Pat Peters is appointed as counsel for the parole violation. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Bullard is being held without bond.

The probation revocation hearing is set at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 21. Jennie Wilson Moore has filed an appearance. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Christopher Joseph Gragg made an initial appearance on an enticing a minor for sexual purposes charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on Dec. 13. Bond is $5,000 cash or surety.

• Joaquin Villagomez made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a failure to maintain control charge, a no insurance charge and a striking fixtures charge. The preliminary hearing for the OWI is 1 p.m. on Dec. 22. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

Villagomez pleaded guilty to the other charges. On the failure to maintain control and the striking fixtures charge the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on te no insurance is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $796.75.

• Andrew John Simons made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. The public defender’s office will continue as counsel. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 22 with the jury trial set for 9 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2022. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Butoyi Patiance made an initial appearance on a sex offender registry violation charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 13. Robert Anderson is appointed as counsel. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Alyssa Shyann Lincoln made an initial appearance on a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. Lincoln pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the speeding charge is $150 with a $22.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $227.50. The fine for the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Scott Thomas Wyatt made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 12, 2022, in Magistrate Court.

• Rodolfo Alexis Ramirez Peraza made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. Ramirez Peraza pleaded guilty to both charges. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.

• Jason Lee Hill made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Hill pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 $60 for a total of $180.75.
