Court — Tuesday

• John David Henderson made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. on June 6. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Cesar Daniel Guillen Rivera made an initial appearance on two counts of a domestic abuse assault -impeding the flow of air/blood charge, a false imprisonment charge and two counts of an interference with official acts-causing bodily injury charge. Wes Hoyer is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 19. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. The court has ordered a prohibition of Gullen Rivera’s gun rights.

• James Fred Douglas made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Nikolas Pilcher is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 23. Douglas was released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement. The court amended the no-contact order with an addition. The court ordered a prohibition of Douglas’ gun rights.

• Darryl Glenn Watson made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. The charge was amended and Watson pleaded guilty to the amended charge. Court costs and attorney fees are to be paid by Sept. 1. Watson was sentenced to one day in jail with time served applied.

• On Monday, Cesar Guillen Rivera, 29, was arrested for obstruction of emergency communications, false imprisonment, domestic abuse assault-strangulation with bodily injury, domestic abuse assault-second offense.
