Court — Thursday
• Ellissa Kaye Vancannon made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on June 17 with the jury trial set for 9 a.m. on June 30.
• Stacey Mitchell Washington made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge. Nikolas Pilcher is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearings are set for 1:30 p.m. on May 27. Washington is being held without bond.
• Bradley Albert Moeller made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Moeller pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and 460 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Michael Maniriho made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge and an operation without registration charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on May 27.
• A 17-year-old male made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. The juvenile pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• On Wednesday, Gustavo Diaz Jr., 29, was arrested for criminal mischief and attempted burglary-third degree.
• On Wednesday, Michael Maniriho, 30, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Wednesday, Stacey Washington Jr., 38, was arrested on a warrant.
