• Tyler Scott Kinkade made an initial appearance on a violation of pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Shane Dean Rose made an initial appearance on a willful injury charge, a going armed with intent charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 27. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Nathan Robert Hill made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 9. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Nicole Marie Johnson made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Johnson pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Miranda Karshae Kapayou made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on June 22 in Magistrate Court.
