• Damien Scott Ryan Ritter made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment charge. The arraignment is rescheduled for 1 p.m. on July 7. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Christian Georgina Morales Castaneda made an initial appearance on two counts of a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 15. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Km Kiris made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Kiris pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• John Lodge made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge and a criminal mischief charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 3 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Carina Clarice Victor made an initial appearance on a trespass charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on July 27 in Magistrate Court.
