• Marvin Lee Fricke made an initial appearance on three counts of a child endangerment charge, possession of a firearm charge and a operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on July 19. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. Fricke is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.
• Joshua Robert Richard Jamell made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Aron Vaughn will continue as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set at 2 p.m. on July 19. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Ryan James Mathews made an initial appearance on an assault on a peace officer charge, an interference with official acts charge and a disorderly conduct charge. Meegan Keller is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 19. Mathews is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.
• Jamie Pamela Corona Duran failed to make an initial appearance on a speeding/work zone charge. The court found Corona Duran guilty and the fine is $55 with a $8.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $118.25.
