• On Wednesday, Justin Harrell, 37, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Wednesday, Say Htoo, 42, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.

• On Wednesday, Elizabeth Garcia-Papakee, 23, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury.

• On Wednesday, Yvette Beketaut, 27, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.

• On Wednesday, Ellissa Vancannon, 22, was arrested on a warrant.
