• Desiree Leah Carmer made an initial appearance on a revoke bond charge. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. A bond review hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Sept. 27.
• Adam Alan Darling made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, an operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a no insurance charge, a speeding charge, a headlamp violation charge, a driving on the wrong side of the road charge, a defective tires charge, a driving under suspension charge and a reckless driving charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 3. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Aung Aung made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Aung pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Ram Thleng Zahup made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Oct. 6. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Anistyn Grace Borsch made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a traffic control device charge, a leaving the scene of an accident charge and a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Borsch pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the failure to obey a traffic control device is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on the leaving the scene and the failure to stop charges is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75, for each charge.
• Trisha Lynn Wilson made an initial appearance on a fraudulent use of registration charge, a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 19, in Magistrate Court.
• Samuel Michael Wiese made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Wiese pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Amado Garza IV made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Garza pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Antonio Lizarde made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 19 in Magistrate Court.
• Armando Mendoza made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a possession of marijuana charge and a stopping where prohibited charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 14. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
