• Kaleb Sean Perry made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Perry pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $102 in court costs for a total of $222.75.

• Jhessie Aaron Hill made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Patrick Peters is continuing as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 7. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. A gun rights prohibition has been ordered.

• Roberto Josias Andrade made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-second offense charge, a driving under suspension charge, a faillure to obey a traffic control device charge, a no insurance charge ad a speeding charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 14. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jordan Scott Parker made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 2 in Magistrate Court.

• Nickolus James Curl made an initial appearance on a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. Curl pleaded guilty to both charges. On the speeding charge the fine is $90 with a $13.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $158.50. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Stephanie Lea Roeder failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. The court found Roeder guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.

• Jermaine Archie Oden made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a failure to obey a stop sign charge and an operating with registration charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 16 in Magistrate Court.
