• Justin Dale Sutton made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Sutton is being held without bond.
• Raul Mario Aguirre Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a possession of contraband in a correctional facility charge. Wes Hoyer is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 7. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Kendall Michael Strait made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Derick Bear made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a contempt hearing charge. The contempt hearing is rescheduled for 3 p.m. on Oct. 31. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
• Jayde Allen Eugene Stansberry made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief charge. Stansberry pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• On Tuesday, Sept. 27, Kendall Strait, 29, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Tuesday, Sept. 27, Raul Aguirre-Rodriguez, 27, was arrested for possession of contraband in a correctional facility.
