• Tyler Ward Shipley made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 10. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• The information reported on Antonio Lavell Lewis’ initial appearance wasn’t complete. Lewis appeared on four counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Lewis is being held without bond. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Danielle Frances Stokely made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Stokely pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Adan Diaz made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 19 in Magistrate Court.
• Leticia Martinez Ramirez made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge and a failure to carry a registration card charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 26 in Magistrate Court.
• Jonathon Phillip Michael Kennedy failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge. The court found Kennedy guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Miguel Angel Tamayo Martinez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a speeding charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 20.
• Roxann Nadine Zuniga made an initial appearance on a failure to enter a written plea charge. Joel Waters continues as counsel. A plea hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Oct. 11 in District Associate Court.
• John Michael Fry made an initial appearance on a harassment-second degree charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 20. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Mark Christopher Judge failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

Arrests
• On Friday, Sept. 30, Jacquez Nipwater, 23, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense, public intoxication-first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts-bodily injury and on a warrant.
• On Thursday, Sept. 29, Nina Seymour, 19, was arrested for providing false identification information.
• On Thursday, Sept. 29, Alissa Harding, 21, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended.
• On Thursday, Sept. 29, Tamara Furr, 33, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury and child endangerment-substantial risk.
