* Amado Garza III made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Garza pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
* Estefani Lopez Guido made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 18, 2023, in Magistrate Court.
* Chancey Paul Campbell made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a failure to use a safety belt-minor charge. Campbell pleaded guilty to all three charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the safety belt charge is $70 with $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.
* Nshimiyimana Maisha made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Maisha pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine for speeding is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.
