• Erin Lynn Slinker made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on June 27. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Shane Dale Sizemore made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 6. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Amador Guevara made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Guevara pleaded guilty to both charges and the fine is $105 for each count with a $15.75 surcharge on each and court costs of $60 for a total of $301.50.

• David Edward Bolin made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Bolin is being held without bond.

• Sucet Diaz made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 6.
